Lainey McFarland

Lainey was born and raised in Longview, TX. After graduating from Longview High School in 2022, she attended Kilgore College and completed Esthetician School in 2023. While completing college, Lainey started working at McClain Oil Tools in February of 2023 as an Administrative and Warehouse Assistant. Lainey said “I am very grateful to be a part of McClain Oil Tools and to have started working here at just 19 years old. I love being challenged to expand my knowledge about the oil industry and learn about all the different tools associated with it. I work alongside the best team of individuals, and I couldn’t ask for a better work family.”

Lainey aspires to have her own med spa one day and help people feel beautiful in their own skin. Lainey loves to spend time with her family when she isn’t at work. Her parents, Paul and Angela, encourage her to work hard and chase after her dreams. Lainey also receives words of wisdom from her brother and two sisters (Tyler, Hallie, and Ashley). She enjoys playing golf, reading books, baking desserts, going to the lake, and traveling. Lainey loves her dog, Amos, and her cat, Mia, so much.
